Brief & quote
Within 1 business dayTell us the garment, quantity, colours and date. We confirm the specification and send a written quote including delivery to your location.
You: Send your request, logo and any references.

Design proof
2 to 4 daysOur designers prepare a digital proof showing colours, placements, names and numbers. Revise it until it's exactly right.
You: Review the proof and send your team list.

Approval & deposit
Same dayApprove the final proof and confirm sizes. A deposit secures your production slot. The timer for production starts here.
You: Sign off the proof and pay the deposit.

Production
10 to 14 working daysYour kit is printed, cut and sewn in-house, then checked piece by piece against the approved proof.
You: Nothing. We'll update you along the way.

Delivery
Depends on locationEach order is packed per player. Collect in person or choose delivery. Transport time and cost are confirmed in your quote.
You: Settle the balance and receive your kit.
